In a perfect world, customers only interact with their insurance providers when they purchase a policy but real life dictates that customers need to make claims, change personal details on their policies, change who or what is covered by a policy, request documents etc.
The purpose of this survey is to gauge peoples' experience of interacting with their insurance providers. The survey is completely anonymous and no identifying information will be recorded. It should take about 5 minutes to complete.
