Greetings! We are conducting a review of the educational, religious, and community life of your child's school. Your opinion as a parent is a very important part of the study we are conducting. The results of the Parent Surveys will be an important part of the school's planning for the future.

The survey has two sections: Part 1. School Life & Activities asks you to rate the quality of the programs and activities of the school. Part 2. Family Life & Activities asks you to reflect on how you live faith and the spiritual life at home as a family. All answers are confidential!
