Hawaa/Gunalcheesh for taking the time to participate in the Craig Tribal Association (CTA) Tribal Justice System Needs Assessment Survey. Your input is invaluable in helping us build a stronger, more culturally responsive justice system that addresses community needs, promotes safety, and honors our culture and traditions.
This survey is completely anonymous. We do not collect any personal identifying information, and your individual responses will be used in grant reporting and applications for the purposes of obtaining tribal court funding. In other words, aggregated data will only be used to inform our strategic planning process.
As a token of our appreciation, upon completing the survey, you will be automatically entered into a random drawing to win 2 round-trip tickets to anywhere Alaska Airlines flies within the United States, and the winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the end of the survey (optional; if you choose not to provide contact info, you can still complete the survey but will not be entered in the drawing). Only one entry per person.
The survey should take a few minutes to complete. If you have any questions, please contact our Tribal Court Coordinator, Aaron Bean at (907) 826-3993 or email tribalcourt@craigtribe.org
