0 (I just want a pill or will just post filtered pictures and maybe get some surgery) Not sure if 3 or 4 hours of the 168 hours per week is worth it.  Not sure if I can commit 1 hour/day 3x per week is doable. 100 %  I'm ready to give up my old habits and start working on the new me!!  MY HEALTH IS THAT IMPORTANT TO ME!
