We are going back to the bargaining table early in 2023 to negotiate your next contract. To get you and your coworkers the contract that you deserve, it is essential that we learn your priorities. Please fill this short survey out to let us know what you care about. Your answers are confidential and will not be shared with your employer or anyone outside of your union's leadership.

10.Bargaining committee members participate in negotiation caucus​ ​time when possible. ​They provide immediate feedback to the bargaining team. These folks have a good pulse on their teams/departments, are respected leaders, and are somewhat versed in (or eager to learn about) labor relations.
