I pay close attention to the motivations of current job seekers by reading research, studies, and other reputable sources to inform me of job seeker motivations. Somewhere in the middle. While I don't follow the latest research or trends, I feel I am pretty attuned to what motivates job seekers looking for employment with my organization.
