*Harrods American Express Survey Terms and Conditions
1. Harrods American Express® Cardmembers (“Cardmembers”) who complete and submit the feedback survey form received by email (the “Survey”) between 16 April 2026 – 30 April 2026 (inclusive) are eligible to receive 1,000 Harrods Rewards points in their Harrods Rewards Membership account, subject to these terms and conditions (the “Offer”).
2. To qualify for the offer, Cardmembers must complete and submit the Survey by 11:59pm on 30 April 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
3. Cardmembers may only receive this offer once.
4. The 1,000 Harrods Rewards Points will be uploaded on Cardmembers’ Accounts within 4 weeks of the survey end date.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, defaced or misdirected Survey completions, or Cardmembers’ contact details that are incorrect or incomplete.
6. This Offer is not transferable to other Cardmember or any other person and cannot be redeemed, refunded, re-sold or exchanged for cash or any other product.
7. By completing the Survey, Cardmembers agree to their details being collected and stored by the Promoter for the purposes of conducting the Offer and Survey. Your data will be processed in accordance with Harrods privacy policy which can be found at https://www.harrods.com/en-gb/s/legal/privacy-policy.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the offer and/or to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

10. This offer and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
