This award will be presented at the NE ASD Network Conference at the Thursday evening dinner event at the Younes Conference Center-North in Kearney Nebraska April 7th, 2022.

Requirements:
-  The nominee must live in the state of Nebraska

The application must be submitted by 11:59 pm on Tuesday, March 1st, 2022.  You will receive communication from us via the email you provided by Tuesday, March 8th, 2022.
 
Awards are granted at the discretion of the Board of Directors of the Autism Society of Nebraska. Awards are based on eligibility and strength of references. Any deviation of criterion or process is at the discretion of Autism Society of Nebraska Board of Directors and will require a majority vote. Erroneous or incomplete applications may negate award. Completion and submission of the application to meet the listed requirements and deadlines is entirely the responsibility of the nominator.
