Thank you for expressing interest in becoming a mentor on the CILTA WiLAT Women in Logistics and Transport Mentoring Program.

As part of the Mentoring Program, we are seeking leaders across logistics, supply chain and transport who are interested in contributing to the development of future leaders through mentoring ambitious women in the industries.

The key objectives of the program are to build confidence, develop a strategic network and provide you with an opportunity to share insights and learnings from your professional journey.

The program will commence in late April 2024 and run over 6 months, and require a minimum commitment of 1-2 hours each month. Mentors will be matched with a mentee and provided with a framework and guide for structuring mentoring sessions and establishing the mentoring relationship. Mentoring activities may include strategies to build confidence and develop leadership skills, sharing industry knowledge and networking.

We will offer all mentors with an optional brief coaching session providing guidance and tips on how to be an effective mentor, as well as guidance and resources to structure mentoring sessions.
At the conclusion of the mentoring program, an event will be held to celebrate achievements and recognise mentors and mentees for their commitment to the program.
