Interim VP Elections

At my last duty station, I attended the first Top III meeting after I got my line number. It was something that I became passionate about because of the contributions that were made to Airmen, as well the comradery created amongst SNCO's from across the Wing. I eventually was voted to be the Vice President of that Top 3 organization. I have come to every Top 3 meeting since my arrival at Whiteman Air Force Base. While the group is small, the vision of the current executive council is great. I would be proud to be a part of the executive council, and I believe that my fresh perspective and work ethic would be an asset not only to the council, but to all the members and Airmen across the wing.

I'm interested in growing the Top III here at Whiteman. The team you have put together is a great one and being able to help lead that team to even greater heights. Helping those around me to reach their goals and lift them up has always been a priority and having the chance as VP will allow me to do that in a greater capacity. Thank you.

Most people know me as Big Tom and I have been chairing the Top III Mentorship committee for the last 11 Months. I enjoy being a part of private organizations and if elected as VP I will make TOP III great again!
