What a difference a couple of years can make! In 2018, The Jacaranda Center of Family and Youth Development. Inc. partnered with The Oakland Mills Local Leadership Team to conduct a Community Survey to determine the hopes, dreams and obstacles faced by families and youth in Oakland Mills. COVID -19 has indelibly changed all of our lives. We are working together to determine the impact of COVID – 19 on families, children and youth in Oakland Mills.
