Haverhill expects to receive approximately $38 million from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA). We would like to receive input from the community on potential uses of this funding. We are developing a comprehensive and inclusive plan to improve Haverhill. Please help us by taking our survey. The American Rescue Plan Act provides funding to address: negative economic impact of Covid-19 pandemic, public health concerns, premium pay for eligible workers, replenish lost revenue, and investment in water, sewer, and broadband infrastructure.
