Guild Complex Focus Group – Interests in Literary Arts Programming

Thank you for completing this survey to be considered to participate in Guild Complex's focus groups. If chosen, you will help us understand what you care most about regarding literary arts programming. It should take you no more than 10 minutes.

There are no wrong answers – these questions will just help us organize potential participants into compatible groups, and identify the ideal date and time to hold the sessions.

4.Have you attended 6 or more Guild Complex events in the last 2 years as audience member or artist? (Events may include readings, fundraisers, other)(Required.)
5.Have you made, or secured, a donation to Guild Complex in the last 2 years?(Required.)
6.Have you ever attended an event AND/OR made or secured a donation to Guild Complex prior to the past 2 years?
7.Have you attended any arts event, or made/secured any donation, to ANY OTHER arts organization in the past 2 years, as audience member or artist?

(Events may include readings, fundraisers, other. Arts may include music, dance performance, theater, literary reading, gallery exhibit, etc.)
