We are seeking enthusiastic, committed faculty members to serve as
Team Launch Faculty Fellows beginning in January 2017! As a Faculty Fellow you will have the opportunity to develop new skills in active learning and intentional curriculum design. You will also be able to work with other Baylor faculty to implement a set of new interdisciplinary courses focused on teamwork skills.
Team Launch OverviewTEAM LAUNCH provides innovative, interdisciplinary learning opportunities that will prepare students for careers in team-based science and healthcare. Through three interrelated courses, Team Launch provides a menu of options so that students may tailor the offerings to their needs.

As a culmination, student teams will present written and oral reports to peers, faculty and others at a judged Capstone event.
- Master Classes are a series of seminars, commonly followed by workshops that are open to the College community, which focus on team- and career-oriented skills essential in almost any professional path, while reinforcing the importance of teamwork broadly across the College.
Faculty Fellows OverviewIn addition to faculty members who will have primary instructional and coaching roles in different phases of TEAM LAUNCH, Faculty Fellows will be selected each year to work alongside Launch Pad and Team Project instructors as teacher-learners to develop the course curriculum.
