Disability Inclusion Action Plan Survey 2017

Glen Innes Severn Council values your input to its Disability Inclusion Action Plan through this survey. Your identification of barriers to access in our community may include buildings without access ramps, sites that would benefit from the installation of tactile ground surface indicators, and any other aspect that may limit your access to participating fully in our community.

Thank you for your contribution. Your information has been forwarded to Council's Manager of Community Services. Where an issue may be outside of Council's control or influence, Council will monitor the issue and provide advocacy and support where possible, on behalf of community members.

Another avenue for community input on Disability Inclusion Action Planning is the The Community Access Committee, a Section 355 Community Committee of Council which meets bi-monthly at Life Choices - Support Services (LC-SS) office, Church Street.
