Download and read the brochure about confidentiality and accessing benefits. Make 50 copies of the brochure and bring them to the welfare office (CSO) and place in the waiting room.

Go to the local welfare office (CSO); sit in the waiting room for 15 minutes and observe things. Look at the bulletin boards and notices. Then call your local office and inquire about what services are offered to domestic violence victims.

Assist a survivor in filling out an application. Go with the survivor to the eligibility and subsequent interviews, if possible.
