* Afternoon workgroups will guide participants through structured activities to identify barriers to implementing high-quality colorectal cancer screening programs that address screening disparities, share best practices, and brainstorm solutions they can implement within their practice.

Please rank these sessions in your order of preference with 1 being most preferred and 3 being the least preferred. Based on these ranks we will assign you to a workgroup session.

SUPPORTING PATIENT-PROVIDER COMMUNICATION FOR COLORECTAL CANCER RISK ASSESSMENT

This workgroup focuses on procedures and resources needed for providers to capture family history, discuss alert-symptoms that should prompt consideration of early onset colorectal cancer (CRC), and introduce the importance of talking about CRC screening prior to when patients turn 50 to prime them for timely screening.

ADDRESSING COLORECTAL CANCER SCREENING DISPARITIES

This workgroup focuses on workflow and system changes needed to reduce colorectal cancer screening disparities perpetuated by barriers in care including access to screening tests and the availability of culturally appropriate materials.

ENSURING TIMELY FOLLOW-UP TO ABNORMAL COLORECTAL CANCER SCREENING RESULTS

This workgroup focuses on workflows that can be implemented across the entire spectrum of healthcare systems to ensure timely and equitable follow-up after a patient's abnormal stool-based test and screening colonoscopy results.
