This processing group warmly invites participants to gently explore the "masks" they wear in daily life, whether shaped by family, culture, trauma, or internal expectations. Together, we will uncover the roles and defenses we've developed to survive and succeed, while also reflecting on the parts of ourselves that rarely get seen. This group is all about increasing self-awareness, validating shared experiences, and beginning to accept the fullness of who we are beneath the pressures we face. Through open dialogue, thoughtful reflection prompts, and peer support, our goal is to help participants walk away with a deeper understanding of themselves and a space where they can be seen, without the mask.

The group facilitators are Student Interns Martin Lemus and Charline Prestor. They are currently under direct supervision of Samantha Salazar, LPC-S.
