* 15. In 2011, the Ontario government revoked the TTC worker's right to strike. Since then, TTC management is forcing us into endlessly expensive arbitrations -- while its workers who pay the price. All the while the TTC is contracting out jobs in transportation and maintenance. Arbitration is clearly not resolving fundamental problems. Denying the right to strike is also a denial of free collective bargaining.

Do you believe the Toronto Transit Commission Labour Disputes Resolution Act, 2011 should be abolished and the right to free collective bargaining returned to all workers at the TTC?
