PATIENT SURVEY-Access Mosaic Embryo Survey

I am a reproductive psychologist, who, along with a genetic counselor and embryologist are involved in a talk for a national reproductive medicine meeting (ASRM- the American Society of Reproductive Medicine) in October, 2024.

The questions below are designed to help us get a better understanding of the patient experience around mosaic embryos. If you are either in the process of decision making or have had to decide whether to transfer embryos that have been categorized as mosaic, . we ask that you please take some time to answer the questions below which are designed to help us understand your journey

Note that this is a confidential survey as your identity will not be asked and no IP addresses will be registered.
1.Prior to your IVF cycle, were you asked if you wanted to “genetically test your embryos”?
2.If you elected to do testing on embryos, what were your expectations about the results?
3.At some point prior to starting your IVF cycle, you needed to elect to do PGT-A on your embryos. At that time, were you aware of the possible screening categories the testing results would provide?
