Thank you for agreeing to participate in the survey!

This survey aims to improve the understanding of which factors are key elements while preparing successful “multi-actor” (MA) project proposals. “Multi-actor” refers to the “multi-actor approach” (MAA) which is currently a requirement in around 40% of EU Horizon Europe Cluster 6: “Food, bioeconomy, natural resources, agriculture and environment” calls for proposals. The MAA implies that the project consortium must consist of different partners engaging in a multidirectional exchange: the ones needing a solution to their problem (end-users) and the ones who can provide the necessary practical, scientific or other complementary knowledge or skill to solve the problem. This requires bringing together actors with different yet complementary forms of expertise, skills and knowledge.

The survey focuses on your experience as a project partner with the MAA during the proposal development stage. You will be presented with a list of possible factors related to the development of a MA project proposal and asked which ones you find most relevant during a MA project proposal process.

Answering the questions will not require more than 20 minutes of your time. The survey is anonymous and the answers you provide will be used only in aggregated form. The data will be stored according to the best data management practices.

This survey is part of the PREMIERE project ("Preparing multi-actor projects in a co-creative way") funded under the European Union (EU) programme Horizon Europe (Grant agreement ID: 101086531). PREMIERE aims to strengthen the multi-actor approach by supporting the development of more socially relevant, coherent, and well-prepared project proposals. This includes all aspects related to the identification of suitable partners, building the project partnership, designing the work plan, and negotiating budget distribution. To learn more about the project, please visit the project’s website https://premiere-multiactor.eu/.
