About Real Estate Token,

A Real estate investment token is an investment oppotunity where you (the investor), buys a token at a minimum price of ugx 200,000 per token, granting you annual dividends (profits per year) depending on the annual rate of return of the token.
Example: If a token of ugx 200,000 with an annual rate of return of 25% and a maturity date of 5 years, with a dividen payout of ugx 50,000, is held for 1 year the total payout to the investor shall be 250,000 at the end of the 1st year. If held for 5 years 5x50,000=250,000 plus initial price of the token (200,000) the said investor earns a total of ugx 450,000.
NB: At a specified maturity date the token shall be called back and the investor (you) shall be paid in full the initial price of the token plus all dividends (profits made) associated with it.
After a period of one year the investor(you) can choose to sell back the token and shall be paid back in full the initial amount invested and any profit made.
The higher the investment the higher the reward.
