LERETA - Wolters Kluwers Flood Account Transition

The first step in transitioning your account from Wolters Kluwer to LERETA is helping us clarify important details about your services and points of contact. Please fill out the following questionnaire, which will allow us to seamlessly transition your account.

The timing of when you receive your agreement and are transitioned to the LERETA platform will depend upon your loan origination system and current ordering method. After the service agreement is signed, our flood implementation team will contact the primary contact listed in the survey to set up user ID's and ordering credentials.

**Important notice**Wolters Kluwer flood determination customers may continue to use the Wolters Kluwer platform until their transition to LERETA is complete. The Wolters Kluwer platform will remain functioning until December 2021 or until the account is transitioned to LERETA directly.
