Remote Monitoring in Healthcare - Ireland June 2020

This survey aims to gather information on remote patient monitoring solutions currently used in the Irish Health System.  This information will inform the work of the Remote Monitoring to Support Self-Management Working Group; a subgroup of the HSE National Telehealth Steering Committee. 

In this instance, remote monitoring refers to physiological monitoring which may be prescribed or recommended by a healthcare professional, which a patient may use for self-management, or which records patient data in the home environment for review by a healthcare professional. 

Devices/Apps/software may be for self-management, education, communication, and/or remote monitoring.
