Willkommen! After welcoming over 90 visitors last year, Troy Hill Citizens is partnering with our neighbors in Spring Garden and East Deutschtown to host the first annual East Northside House Tour with trolley service provided between the neighborhoods!
We are looking for 5 or 6 enthusiastic participants to open their homes on June 16th, from 11 to 4 pm, to show neighbors and prospective Northside residents all the beauty and hospitality that our wonderful neighborhoods have to offer. If you would like to volunteer your home, please fill out the form below.
Home owners will be contacted prior to the House Tour for a walk-through, and they must be available on Saturday, June the 16th from 11 am to 4 pm. If submissions exceed house tour spots available, don't worry! The Northside East House Tour is an annual event, and you will be added to the list for the following year.
Tickets for the East Northside House Tour will be $15 each and will go on sale in April. Proceeds will go to both the Troy Hill Citizens council and the Community Alliance of Spring Garden and East Deutschtown. All funds will support beautification and events in the neighborhoods. Last year we were able to provide 26 free window flower boxes for Troy Hill Neighbors!
