The delegation will arrive on Sunday, September 30th and the activities will start with a welcome dinner that evening. The group will depart for home on Friday, October 5th.

The Fact Finding Mission provides an unparalleled opportunity to learn first-hand from the utilities and solar stakeholders working on the development and integration of solar power in this rapidly growing market.

The mission will include meetings, site visits and networking events with key stakeholders in the NY and NJ solar and electricity sectors.

This registration fee covers:
1) Hotel for five nights: Sunday, September 30th - Thursday, October 4th (the group departs Friday)
2) Group transportation to meetings and site visits
3) Group meals
4) Registration for all meetings, workshops and site visits
5) Miscellaneous costs associated with various meetings and tours

The following are NOT included in the registration fee:
1) Airfare
2) Transportation to/from airport
3) Most meals
4) Miscellaneous expenses

A limited amount of assistance is available for utility employees that can demonstrate an inability to pay the $1,500 fee.
