Micro-qualifications in seafarers’ education and training

Recognizing you as an expert, I kindly request your cooperation in research which is part of Micro-qualifications in seafarers’ education and training - MICROMET project. This project is funded under the Erasmus+ program - Key Action 2 for higher education.
The aim of the research is to identify the number, type, content, and time frame of additional short courses for seafarers at LNG carriers, crude oil tankers and cruise ships. Upon getting the results of the research referring to data collection, and to the analysis of the content and competencies contained in STCW and non-STCW short courses, we will try to identify reasons for introducing new courses, and map competencies lacking to perform jobs on board cruise ships, LNG carriers and crude oil tankers.
The following questionnaire should take approximately 10 minutes of your time.
