Invitation to participate:
You are invited to participate in a research study conducted by Igors Sviķis as part of a Master's thesis.

Procedures:
Completing this online survey will take approximately 15–20 minutes. You will be asked questions about:
- Your demographic background and health history.
- Your dietary habits and food choices.
- Your attitudes toward healthy eating (Teruel Orthorexia Scale).
- Your lifestyle factors, including physical activity (RAPA), stress levels (PSS-10), and alcohol consumption (AUDIT).

Risks and benefits:
There are no expected physical or mental risks associated with this study beyond those encountered in daily life.
The survey is anonymous. While there is no direct financial compensation, your participation will contribute to scientific understanding of eating behaviors and may help reduce stigma associated with healthy lifestyle choices.
Voluntary participation and withdrawal:
Participation in this study is completely voluntary. You have the right to refuse to participate or to withdraw at any time by simply closing the browser window without any negative consequences.
Confidentiality:
The survey is fully anonymous. No personally identifiable information (such as your name, IP address, or email) will be collected. All data will be stored securely and analyzed only in aggregate form.

This study has been approved by the Research Ethics Committee for Biology, Nutrition Science, and Sports of the Faculty of Medicine and Life Sciences at the University of Latvia: Opinion No. 23-33/42.

The purpose of this study is to explore eating behaviors, specifically investigating the differences between "healthy" interest in diet and obsessive fixation (orthorexia) among different dietary groups (vegans, vegetarians, and omnivores).
