Each year our PTA gives the Golden Sailboat/Outstanding Educator Award and Golden Acorn/Outstanding Volunteer Award to a Cottage Lake Elementary staff member and volunteer who have given exemplary service to students and families in our school.  This is an excellent way to honor Cottage Lake staff and volunteers for their contributions to our students, our school and our community.  

We would like you to participate in the selection of our award recipients through your recommendations.  Please fill in this survey by May 21, 2021.

The Awards and Grants committee will determine the recipients, based on total nominations, and make contributions to the Washington State PTA in their names.
