Curriculum Overview
Business and Entrepreneurship Advancement Program (BEAP) is a two-month technical training for small and emerging business development that will be offered to individuals who are entrepreneurs or are interested in becoming entrepreneurs. The training boot camp will cover the following topics: (1) Introduction to the entrepreneurial process, (2) Market Assessment and Research, (3) Understanding Basic Accounting and Finance, (4) Building the Entrepreneurial Team, (5) the Legal Aspects of your Business and Branding, (6)Technological in Business, (7) the Business Plan, and (8) Resource Acquisition.

Who can register: Individuals who desire to start a business, have already started a business, or have been in business and want to grow their business. The target audience consists of business owners, aspiring entrepreneurs, and students. Any prospective neighborhood developers

Where: Hybrid Format (face-to-face & virtual) with limited In-Person Seating

When: June 8 - July 29, 2021 (Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:00 - 9:30 PM, CST)
Duration: Fifty-two and a half (52.5) hours

Registration Fee: $200 and Scholarship available to participants with financial need
