Please complete this form if you want to propose the EATG to organise an internal or external event. Internal events include Working Group or Portfolio or Project meetings, while external events are conferences, workshops etc.

If your total planned budget is under 10,000 EUR (including travel, accommodation, meals, rent for the meeting venue, insurance, local transport, visas etc.), then you MUST apply minimum 12 weeks before the date of the event.

If your total planned budget over 10,000 EUR (including travel, accommodation, meals, rent for the meeting venue, insurance, local transport, visas etc.), then you MUST apply minimum 16 weeks before the date of the event.

Once your application is submitted, the Office receives a notice and will contact you within 10 working days. 

Event applications need to be approved by the Executive Director, the Finance Manager and the Events Coordinator. If needed, the Treasurer will also be involved in the decision making.

PLEASE DO NOT START ORGANISING THE EVENT (signing contracts, financial commitments, invitation letters, flight bookings etc.) before receiving approval.
