1. Introduction

8% of survey complete.
Dear Collision Repair Instructor,

At the beginning of each school year, the Collision Repair Education Foundation will ask each collision school to complete a Collision Repair School Solutions Survey. This survey will ask questions regarding your collision program and students and is designed to look closely at the state of collision repair education nationwide. It will also help identify areas where we can assist your program to provide the best training possible for your students, ultimately helping them find great careers in the collision industry.

The survey includes questions on: general school and program information; accepted academic metrics (including student enrollment, student retention, program completion, placement, long-term employee retention, budget and expenditures); and equipment inventory and needs.

As a "thank you" for completing the survey, your school will have the option to receive free electronic subscriptions and software licenses to information provider systems, estimating programs, shop management tools, and repair manuals. These are excellent teaching tools for your program that would normally cost thousands of dollars if purchased.

The Collision Repair School Solutions Survey is intended to be completed online at the beginning of the fall semester, but will remain open throughout the school year. All subscriptions will expire in the fall of the following year, at which time schools will need to complete the survey again with updated information.

In order to receive the free subscriptions and licenses, you need to respond to all questions on this survey. Please use the navigation buttons on the bottom of your screen to move through the survey.

Rules and regulations:
1) Only one survey response may be completed per collision school.
2) All questions must be answered in order to qualify.
3) The subscriptions are for academic use only; use in a business or other non-academic setting is prohibited.
4) All users of the donated software must register the product with the software provider and agree to all use and licensing agreements from the providers.
5) Students enrolled in the collision programs are eligible to receive the software.
6) Students will have the option to "opt-in" or "opt-out" of receiving direct communications from the electronic content donors.
7) The Education Foundation and our electronic content donors will have final discretion on distribution of the software licenses and products.
8) These subscriptions will expire September 2013, and a new survey will need to be completed in August/September 2013 to renew the subscription through the next year.
9) This offer is only valid for collision schools in the U.S.

By completing this survey, you agree to the provisions listed above.

Thank you for taking the time to complete the Collision Repair School Solutions Survey.
