9.ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK & WAIVER OF LIABILITY
I acknowledge and agree that by participating in activities organised by the Carnarvon Motorcycle Club Inc. (“the Club”), including but not limited to riding, spectating, assisting, selling, swapping, or donating goods, I do so entirely at my own risk.

I understand and accept that:

Motorcycle riding is a dangerous recreational activity with inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of serious injury or death.
The track and associated facilities are used at my own risk.
The Club does not and cannot guarantee the safety of any participant, bike, gear, or property at the event.

INDEMNITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby agree to waive, release and discharge the Carnarvon Motorcycle Club Inc., its members, committee, volunteers, landowners, sponsors, and agents from any and all liability for:

Personal injury, disability, or death;
Loss, theft, or damage to personal property;
Any other loss, claim, or expense, whether direct or indirect, arising from or in connection with my participation in the event.
This waiver applies regardless of whether such loss or damage is caused by negligence, omission, or any other act or failure to act by the Club or any of its representatives.

VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION
I declare that I am participating voluntarily and of my own free will, and I am physically fit and capable of safely engaging in the activity. I have read and understood all rules provided and will comply with all safety instructions and directions given by Club officials.

I AGREE
I have read and understood the Indemnity and Waiver of Liability section above. I accept all risks associated with participation and voluntarily waive any right to claim against the Carnarvon Motorcycle Club, its committee, volunteers, or affiliates for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during this event.
