Thank you for taking this 5 minute survey which would enable me to check the pulse on perceptions of diversity and inclusion within our Section. The survey is not intended to be a comprehensive and detailed assessment. Rather it is an opportunity to hear from you as the Section takes steps towards implementing the 2018 - 2022 Diversity and Inclusion Plan. Read it here.

As you complete the survey, please bear in mind that one of the Section's principal goals is to promote the recruitment and inclusion of women, members from racial and ethnic minority groups and the LGBTQ+ community, members with disabilities and of diverse ages, members of different national origins, nationalities, geographic locations, and others who are underrepresented in the Section membership and leadership. The term "diverse member" refers to any member who identifies with one or more of these categories.

The survey is anonymous. However, feel free to email me directly should you wish to elaborate on any of your answers or if you have questions/concerns.

Thank you for your time.
