Have Your Say: Accessibility, Inclusion & Opportunities in East Sussex

Thank you for taking part in this short survey for Defiant Sports CIC.

We are gathering feedback from disabled, neurodivergent, and disadvantaged people, along with families, carers, and local community members, to better understand the challenges people face accessing activities, opportunities, and support in East Sussex.

Your responses will help us:

- understand local needs,
- improve our services,
- apply for funding to keep accessible activities affordable and available,
- and advocate on behalf of the community for better accessibility, inclusion, opportunities, and support locally.

The survey should take around 5 minutes to complete.

You can skip any questions you do not wish to answer.

All responses will be anonymous.
