If my application is approved, I understand that I must immediately notify ENGP@ubcja.ca should I voluntarily withdraw from, or be removed from, either the in-class or on-the-job training. I further acknowledge that repayment of any funds deposited to me in advance may be required, and I agree to repay such funds if and when notified.
