Build Awareness through Insights Discovery: The Insights Discovery® Workshop includes the personality instrument Insights Discovery®—a tool that helps participants to identify their personal style and that of others.    
Values Based Leadership 101: In this workshop the team will explore the five practices of VBL - Build Awareness, Realize Potential, Develop Relationships, Take Action, and Practice Reflection – and identify the core values and beliefs that influence behaviors, decisions, relationships, and ultimately effectiveness.
Receiving and Giving Feedback: In this workshop, the team will learn best practices for receiving and giving feedback. The team will gather live feedback and identify strategies for collecting feedback that aligns with goals and aspirations.
Building Trust: One of the killers of team performance and relationships is a lack of trust. This workshop is designed to help participants identify what influences their level of trust in others and how to build and strengthen relationships.
Communication and Values Based Conversations: In this workshop, the team will identify and practice effective communication techniques including active listening, asking questions, and checking for understanding.  The team will also learn and practice the model of values based conversations to lead through difficult conversations and resolve conflict.
Unconscious Bias: Learn and understand the ways that unconscious bias can show up and how it can be mitigated. We will build awareness of our own assumptions and understand prejudices, and biases.
Accountability: Understand the key components of Accountability. Identify key actions you can take to foster Accountability in yourself and your team
Managing Conflict: Learn how to diagnose conflict before it intensifies, apply appropriate conflict resolution techniques to specific situations, and remain calm under pressure.
Empathy: Learn the 4 attributes of empathy and how building your empathy muscles leads to being a more effective leader. You will identify some practical tools you can use every day to show greater empathy and build stronger relationships.
Agility: Agility is the ability to respond to changes and new situations with flexibility and adaptability, move quickly and easily; the willingness to learn fast and take necessary action rapidly. Learn ways that you can tap into agility to lead more effectively.
