Amber NT

Amber NT values client feedback; to help us  better understand what we need to do and how to do it, when supporting others impacted by the loss of a child. It can help us improve the work we are already doing, and make sure we can adjust to changes in the community that call for a change in our approach or goals, when delivering services.

The purpose of obtaining feedback is to assure clients, community partners, sponsors and funding bodies of the quality of our work and to assist Amber NT continued commitment to improvement.
1.The aim of these sessions is to deepen your understanding of your experience of change, loss, and grief, and to learn ways of dealing with your experience. Overall, how would you say the support session/s achieve this aim?
