Question Title

* 3. Type of License (select one only)
There are two types of herbicide licensing – there is an Operator license and an Applicator license. Operator is the basic level of herbicide certification. With this license, you will be able to use herbicide at a worksite under the supervision of an Applicator. In order to receive an Operator’s herbicide license, you will need to take and pass the General Standards exam. An Applicator is the person in an organization who may have the responsibility for pesticide purchasing, storage, handling, and use. An Applicator may use pesticides or supervise the use of pesticides by that person's licensed Operators. Applicators take the General Standards exam in addition to either the Right-of-Way or Aquatic exams.
