Amazing Abs - Focus on Abs on Reformer and Tower
Mighy Mix Level 2 - A tough workout with advanced moves for people that have taken at least 25 Pilates classes
Beginner Pilates - Learn the basics for those starting out
Mighty Circuit - 30 minute segments each on the Tower and Reformer with a different teacher for each section
Gentle Pilates - Focused on slower pace and stretching
Gun Show - Pilates focused on toning arms
Happy Hour Pilates - Friday early evening class with high-energy tunes
Mighty Mix - 1/2 on Tower and 1/2 on Reformer
Mighty Sport - Full-body Pilates workout mixed with intervals of cardio training
Pilates for Men - A class just for Guys
Pre-Natal Pilates - For moms to be
Post-Natal Pilates - To help tone after baby
re:form - All Reformer full-body workout
Super Towers - all Tower full-body workout
