Tugging vote

There is a proposed rule going into effect June 1st, 2019 to allow tugging in the ring with your dog. Specifics:
1) This would allow tugging at the finish of the run.
2) Toys could be attached to your leash and used at the end of your run
3) Dogs feet could NOT leave the air while tugging
4) Aggressive tugging would not be allowed, e.g: handlers yelling loudly, dogs swinging around on the tug toy, general flailing.
5) Dogs would still need to be leashed in a timely manner. e.g: Dogs need to be leashed, and then tug. Not the other way around.
6) At the entire trial site dogs would only be allowed to tug when there is no other dogs within 10 feet of their location.
