* 1. Thank you for expressing interest in volunteering for the EV Roadmap 10 Conference. As a volunteer you will receive a $25 admission, in exchange for your volunteer shifts. Please be prepared to volunteer 8-10 hours in the form of 2 shifts on June 20th and 21st, 2017. We typically need help in the following areas:

- Registration Assistant | Help set up the registration area prior to the start of the conference. Assisting with a variety of tasks such as directing attendees, general registration, badge printing, speaker check in, setup/breakdown, etc.

- “Attendee & Venue Steward: directing attendees to event activities while supervising and keeping order in foyer and sponsor areas.”

- Room Monitor: Open & Closing Plenary | Monitor the session door and answer basic questions about the event. Display time warning cards for speakers, take room counts, run the mic for the Q&A session as well as maintain the drinking water station and assist the stage manager as needed.

-Vehicle Exhibition Assistant | Help manage the display and "Ride & Drive" of electric vehicles available for attendees to see and experience. Assist  staff with moving large barricades (light in weight)

* 4. What do you hope to contribute as a volunteer? Please briefly describe any experience you have that prepares you for this role.

* 5. As a volunteer you will be asked to perform tasks that require the ability to think on your feet and to be able to handle a quick paced working environment. Please provide an example of a situation in which you had to react quickly.

* 6. Some volunteer positions require you to look up attendees by name through an electronic registration system and print name badges. Please indicate you comfort level and proficiency with computers with basic training.
