The OPA Committee on Social Responsibility is interested in tracking how much volunteer time OPA psychologists donate yearly to OPA and other organizations within their communities. Tracking volunteer hours will help us to measure and recognize the contributions psychologists make every year.
The following survey will ask you about your volunteer activities over the last 12 months. You can print out a copy of your answers at the end of the survey to keep for your records. The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete.
