PCPS Parent Calendar Feedback FY17-18 Question Title * 1. The length of the Fall break affects the start and end date, as well as other aspects of the school calendar. My preference for Fall break is A scheduled fall break similar to this year's calendar (a whole week off) A fall break that has a Friday and Monday off. A fall break with one day off. Question Title * 2. The week off for Thanksgiving can also affect the start and end dates of the school year. My preference for Thanksgiving is Come to school Monday and Tuesday of Thanksgiving week. Come to school Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of Thanksgiving week. Keep the full week off at Thanksgiving. Question Title * 3. Spring Break is currently April 2nd - April 6th. Which would you prefer? Move Spring Break to the end of March. Keep Spring Break the first week of April. Move Spring Break to mid April. Question Title * 4. Would you like to keep the Early Release days on the Friday before Holiday Break and the last day of school? yes no Question Title * 5. Early Release days are helpful and important to teachers. Please tell us your preference regarding Early Release days. They pose a childcare problem for me and I prefer no Early Release days. I can make the days work at Christmas and the end of the year. My preference for Winter break is Schedule winter break similar to this year. (Friday and Monday off). Schedule one day off for winter break. Schedule a whole week off for winter break.
