Qualifications
• 7 to 10 years of professional experience
• Strong facilitation skills
• Must be able to quickly establish rapport and build relationships
• Possess the time and flexibility to engage as needed
• Volunteer or professional risk management, legal, prevention, etc. experience is helpful
• Must be detail oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of the fraternity and foundation
Expectations
• Attend annual meeting (Convention or Conclave)
• Attend 1st, 2nd and 4th quarter conference calls
• Attend your respective regional conference
• Plan and host one proactive engagement event per academic year
• Establish annual goals for domain as it relates to graduate council formation support, and event attendance.
• Adhere to established priorities
Priorities
• Alumni engagement through establishing and supporting graduate councils, foundation advocacy, anniversaries, VIP visits, etc.
• Onsite programming and/or support
• Regional Conference support and engagement
