NAFC Bedwetting Survey
On behalf of the National Association for Continence (NAFC), we are inviting you to participate in a study regarding medical products for patients. Should you qualify, this will take you roughly 10-minutes to complete.
The National Association for Continence is a national, private, non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life of people with incontinence, voiding dysfunction, and related pelvic floor disorders. In order to complete the survey, you will first be asked a few qualifying questions. Do not be discouraged if you do not qualify, as we conduct many surveys throughout the year.
Your personal information will not be shared with any other parties. All answers are tabulated anonymously and reported in combination with other respondents.
If you qualify for the survey, and complete the entire survey, we will provide you with an honorarium of $50 as compensation for the time you spend providing us insights and feedback. You must complete the entire survey in order to receive the honorarium.
