This Discovery and Innovation Submission Form outlines the process for submitting innovative ideas to improve research administration and business operations. Innovative ideas include new technology or improvements to existing products or business processes.

A well-written description of the innovative ideas is more likely to be considered as a finalist for a video submission and, ultimately, for a recognition award. To expedite the review process, please complete the form in its entirety. The Discovery and Innovative Review Committee will select final submissions. Selected teams will be asked to provide a brief recorded video before the Annual Meeting. At the Annual Meeting, the teams will have a designated time and location so attendees can stop by and ask questions and discuss their discoveries and innovations.

General suggestions:
  • Check for proper spelling and grammar.
  • It is important to keep nonstandard abbreviations/acronyms to a minimum for readability and understanding.
