Why this survey?
Social services across Europe face a number of challenges in accessing and using European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) funding. At the same time, there are opportunities to improve how this funding is designed, communicated, and delivered so that it better meets their needs.
This survey is part of an initiative led by the European Social Network, Caritas Europa, Eurodiaconia, and Solidaris to better understand the real experiences of public authorities responsible for social services, as well as social service providers, in accessing and using ESF+. We are particularly interested in identifying the main barriers you face, the types of support you need, and your views on how funding processes and cooperation with Managing Authorities could be improved.
Your responses will directly contribute to the development of the ESF+ Social Services Hub, an initiative aimed at providing practical tools, resources, and opportunities for exchange to help social services access and use EU funding more effectively.
The survey focuses on your experience and views regarding the access to and use of ESF+ funding.
