Welcome

Thank you for your interest in the future of e-scooters in Portland. PBOT has conducted two pilot permit programs in 2018 and 2019-20 and heard a lot about e-scooters from Portlanders.

Now, we’re ready to hear about specific strategies that can make e-scooters work for everyone. PBOT is especially interested in hearing from Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) Portlanders, older adults, people with disabilities, low-income Portlanders, and others who have experienced barriers to using e-scooters.

This questionnaire is one way PBOT is learning from these groups about how e-scooters can better serve them.

The questionnaire should take you about 10 minutes to complete. Thank you for participating.
