Micro/Nano Fabrication Facility Survey - Part I

Part I - Categorization

To better understand how a University Nano/Micro Fabrication Facility can survive and thrive in today’s economy, we will provide a comprehensive snap shot (financially and operationally) of multiple facilities.
Part 1 is intended to be a first pass survey to categorize the participating laboratories. Deadline for completion of this first part is January 29, 2016. Part 2 will follow after analysis of that data.

Any data and analysis of the survey results made publicly available will not have institutions identified. However, we will need your contact information for communication in regard to Part 2 of the survey.
